I studied graphic design in Rome, Italy. After that, I moved to Edinburgh, where I exhibited hand-painted furniture and objets d’art with exclusive designs.
I then moved to Oxford and joined the Ashmolean Museum as a Gallery Lecturer with the Education Service. I also became an active member of the Oxfordshire Craft Guild. My present interest is inlay, using coloured veneers on wood to create a decorative effect. I love the feel of wood when I work. Trees have brought us the first fire, the first wheel and a surface to paint and write on, and I like to feel part of this tradition. My graphic design background enhances harmony and symmetry in the designs I create.
I take commissions.
