Rachael Pease is a landscape artist and envoy of nature. Her work documents real trees and locations, yet is woven with strings of fantasy and past memories. Current work is based upon the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest in California. Some trees here are as old as the pyramids. Each pillar of time grows slowly, battered and twisted by its extreme conditions.
Rachael was born in Indiana and pursued drawing from the age of 8. She went on to exhibit all over the world- NYC, LA, Tokyo and beyond. She is currently based in a new studio in the UK. Her work has been featured in HiFructose and My Modern Met and can be found in a variety of digital and physical collections including The Resnick and The Dean (Swizz Beatz).
