Step Two: Register as an Artweeks member
Once you have signed in, register as an Artweeks member (as an individual or as an organisation): all members are expected to show their work in May.
Step Three: Enter Artweeks
Then, to enter an exhibition you will need your contact and venue details (including dates and times), a strong image (preferably square) for the printed festival guide, an accompanying 12-15 word description and a short paragraph to accompany the on-line listing.
In May 2026 the festival dates will be as follows:
South Oxfordshire 2nd -10th May (4th May Bank Holiday)
North Oxfordshire 9th -17th May
Oxford City May 16th-25th (25th May Bank Holiday)
DEADLINE ALERT: 31st December 2025
Registration for Artweeks 2026 opens in October and both membership for 2026 and your 2026 exhibition listing for the festival guide must be submitted by 31st December using the on-line registration system (or by the end of November for postal paper entries).
Once you are a registered Artweeks member, and submit plans to exhibit physically in May, you are entitled to an on-line artist portfolio for that calendar year in which you can upload a biography, an image of yourself/an artist at work, a minimum of six images and links to embedded video etc.
If any member is unable to exhibit physically, they should instead submit a listing for the artist directory pages of the May festival guide/artist directory. They will then be able to complete an on-line artist portfolio for the on-line art showcase.
We strongly recommend that a computer is used for the registration process rather than a phone or tablet.
