I am an artist on a journey of self-discovery and creative expression. Ranging from abstract to figurative, my paintings are inspired by the rich tapestry of my life experiences. From the light at dusk, to dream states, to memories of childhood, I draw inspiration from the world around and inside me, using art as a way to visually process different states of mind.

As a child psychiatrist, I bring a unique perspective to my art, seeking to capture the complexity and beauty of emotions, and to inspire self-reflection. My artistic process is playful, intuitive and explorative; often beginning with a feeling of awe, or a striking image or idea that sparks my imagination, or sometimes just mark-making can reveal what’s on my mind. I’m drawn to the versatility of acrylic paint and collage, and bold and bright colours, which I use to create vibrant, energetic and playful paintings on paper, wood or canvas.
