Barbara is a Swedish born artist & designer who's family moved to the UK 1975.
After teaching pre-school children in Oxford UK for 20 years Barbara became a full time artist in 1995. After the death of her first husband in 2000 she moved to NYC & since 2001 she's divided her time between Oxford UK & NYC USA.
Barbara's main attraction is painting people in social setting although she's increasingly enjoying painting still life with textures, flowers , colors and all things that might bring enjoyment in life.
She paints in acrylics mainly on canvas but also on handmade paper and is happy to take commissions .
