One year on from my first Artweeks, and what a year - freefalling through abstraction, mythology, nature and landscape. The power of paint and pencil, colour and creation still drags me willingly and happily along in its slipsteam. As my relationship with the brush and canvas has developed, so too has my curious eye, encouraging me to look inwards for understanding as well as outwardly for vision - not just through my physical lens but also the lens of the camera. My work this year is divided into surface reflections and emotional introspections using both mediums. I hope you enjoy 'The Camera and the Canvas'.
