The Heritage and Rural Skills programme, based at Coleshill Home Farm, is a hub for education and knowledge-sharing. With many traditional crafts in decline, the Heritage Skills Centre aims to secure a future for these crafts, through courses and teaching, as well as a community of on-site craftspeople.

The Heritage Skills Centre also aims to build awareness of these traditional crafts, as well as educate visitors about the historic and contemporary practice of heritage and rural skills.

As part of Artweeks a variety of craftspeople will be exhibiting at the Heritage and Rural Skills Centre, showcasing a range of traditional crafts from bellows making to woodturning as well as many more. There will be a chance to meet individual makers, as well as find out more about the work of the Skills Centre.
