I am a landscape artist inspired by wild and ancient places. My paintings are expressive and intuitive, and respond to the light, atmosphere and topography of the natural world.

I take great joy in the variety of colours and textures in the landscape and try to bring this variety of mark making into my paintings. I love drawing and painting outside, and being able to react to the landscape, playing with loose, immediate brush marks.
