I paint in an impressionistic style in the wonderful medium of oil. I enjoy painting from life as it forces me to work quickly, to interpret true colours and capture the essence of a scene with fresh energetic brush strokes. So much that surrounds me in this beautiful part of Oxfordshire tempts me to paint; be it a landscape, a garden scene or something from nature I can bring back to my studio and arrange into a still life.
I will be showing with print maker Debbie Sutcliffe in my garden studio which is tucked up a bridle path in Aston Tirrold. We really look forward to welcoming you and sharing our work with you.
