Etain O’Carroll is a fine art photographer who often works with intentional camera movement and slow shutter speeds to create an impression of the world around us rather than a faithful reproduction of it. While a camera is her main artist’s tool, the unpredictability of these experimental photographic techniques creates results that are often more painterly than viewers expect.
Inspired by the landscapes of Oxford, particularly those around the river and its meadows, this show will include a collection of framed and unframed abstract works as well as affordable traditional landscape photography alongside some mixed media work, jewellery, and cards.
The venue is wheelchair accessible and there's plenty of on-street parking nearby, while the river itself is a few minutes’ walk away.
Please get in touch if you'd like to visit midweek or in the evenings.
