I work in a variety of media depending on what feels appropriate for the subject. It could be screen printing which has a painterly feel and oil sticks which give freedom of expression. Or it could be watercolours for their fluidity and vibrant colours. Or just black ink and stick giving instant contrast between the white paper and ink. Recently I have been experimenting with inks made from plants such as Alder cones and Buckthorn berries.
