Rachel was a healthy gym addict until she caught Covid in Jan 2020. She became disabled and bedridden for almost four years with Long Covid. When her Occupational Therapist suggested trying art from bed, an incredible restorative journey began. She started to paint the places she longed to see again and the landscapes of her imagination - and the more she painted, the more she healed.
