Melissa's work explores a variety of mediums and processes; sculpting animals and birds in wire, for garden and home; print-making, and stitched mixed-media pieces. She loves the individual outcomes of using different materials, allowing the spirit of each piece find its own voice. Her inspiration comes from the natural world.
