Blackstock is a mixed media artist who uses painting as a method to explore the rural landscape around her.

Recently she has been using a range of mediums including Indian ink, charcoal and acrylics to produce loose, painterly images of animals and countryside vistas. From a farming background she has a love and intimate knowledge of the natural world, its seasonality and ever changing landscape.

Currently Blackstock is completing a Bachelor's in Fine Art with a focus on temporal landscapes.
