My name is Helen McCarthy. In my garden studio in Banbury I am exhibiting a varied selection of work including life work, still life, portraiture, abstract, landscapes and mixed media. I have exhibited with the Buckinghamshire Art Society, at the Mill Arts Centre in Banbury and the Queens Park Arts Centre in Aylesbury. I often use inspiration from my Life Drawing to develop paintings in a representative way or in abstract work. I also make use of items that I find in nature or I associate with particular ideas.

Entry to my Garden Studio is via my driveway on Leigh Grove using the garden gate.

Limited car parking is available in Leigh Grove outside my property and I have a drive and a car can be parked over the driveway. Our property is on the corner of Kingsway and Leigh Grove.

My Garden Studio is approximately a 10 minute walk from the centre of Banbury if you are on foot.
