Paintings are acrylic abstracts or fictional, unreal 'portraits'. The abstracts are created either by various pouring techniques or by forming layers of textured media mixed with acrylic paints. The 'portraits' are done either with a pallet knife or, again, using layers of textured media and paint. The sculptures are abstract shapes formed in wood or MDF and then coated with textured acrylic paints. Both paintings and sculptures can be made weather-resistant for display in the garden and these can be seen in my garden in Dorchester-on-Thames.
