Blandy has been following trees in Wytham Woods on site since 2015.: a Hornbeam at Gisbon Gate; a 600 year old oak on the Eynsham side of the Wood The veteran trees stand out as individuals..Recently a weeping ash on rough common and a large beech near the chalet are the focus. He stands on one spot, pastels to hand, each image a record of the encounter in real time.

Along side this Blandy will be exhibiting pastels from other long term projects. Seacourt Stream winding through Wytham village, up and down the Seacourt Stream and a daily record of an apple tree in a garden that started during lockdown.
