Jane has continued her photography having qualified from University of Plymouth with a degree in photographic design. Jane’s background in large format studio photography started her fascination, meticulously, arranging objects in front of the camera.

These images are from the “Collections” work, in which the visual repetition of small, neatly arranged objects within a type box continues to fascinate Jane. More recently, Jane has been working on some images inspired by her love of Photograms, looking at leaf structures and colours in life, these demonstrate a range of images created creatively showing inverted colours. All images create an eye-catching, timeless and familiar artwork that can fit well in any room of the house.

Jane’s experience with colour and form is reflected in her work by their strong composition. She takes her inspiration from everyday objects and textures.
