I have been making ceramics for 8 years now and enjoy attending my Tuesday classes at Drew School of Ceramics.
I used to run my own Art Gallery and always admired all the different styles and techniques of ceramic Artists we showed.
I find working with clay incredibly rewarding and challenging as you never can tell till your second firing in the kiln and you open up to see what transformation has happened.

I love to make hand built individual ceramic pieces. I am inspired by nature and natural forms. Natural tones and simple colour palettes. I use porcelain as I enjoy the clean white simplicity of the colour of the clay. I recently have been creating flowers, leaves and buds out of clay and using them to decorate vases or arranging them on plaques to frame so they can hang on the wall.
