During the autumn we are looking ahead to next year’s festival (5th-27th May) and planning some exciting things to help celebrate our 30th anniversary in 2012. Amongst other things, we are excited to be working with Peleton http://www.pelotondesign.co.uk, a Bristol-based design agency, on developing the branding of Artweeks for the future.

At our Annual General Meeting on 29th September 2011 we welcomed Melita Kyle, a jeweller from the south of the county, to the Artweeks board and said a sad goodbye to Clare Bassett and Sue Matthew who have served many years and whose wisdom and enthusiasm has been very much appreciated.

Registration is now open for artists who’d like to take part and we are welcoming new artists and craftspeople as well as long-established Artweeks members. If you are an artist who is looking for a venue or a possible venue seeking an artist then do get in touch.
