Test kiln firing with resident Artist Claude Aussage and colleague during the first week of Oxfordshire Artweeks followed by an open weekend at the kiln site and Wytham studio on May 9-10 in conjunction with Chanoyu tea ceremony using the new Wytham Tea Ceremony Hut (chashitsu),
This is followed by a selling exhibition of prints and pots from 15-25 May at Artweeks venue Harris-Manchester College, showing the work of this year’s resident potters and other potters from the recent Oxford Anagama firings, as well as printmaking / typography by the Wytham Studio and collaborators from the Bodleian Bibliographic Press of the University.
