I originally trained at Camberwell College of Arts and then went on to train as an Art Therapist. Following many years teaching pottery to children (which I continue to do), I have now returned to my own art practice and have set up a studio space at Railway Studios with painter and sculptor, Catherine Binnie. I am currently working producing earthenware tableware decorated with colour slips (which can be seen at Cafe de la Post, Chadlington). I have a long standing love of photography and will be exhibiting some giclee prints and cards alongside the pottery. I run pottery classes from the studio and will be offering a drop in ‘play with clay’ session to children on both Saturdays 2 - 4 pm during Art Weeks.
Railway Studios is a two minute walk from the train station - turn left up the hill, and left again into Forest works. Railway Studios is the last building on the left.
