Louise is primarily a relief printmaker, cutting wood and lino and making images in black and white. Broad subject-matter, though generally steering clear of landscape. Although there are few obvious traces in her work, German Expressionism got her going. She also makes bright rag rugs out of recycled textiles, and experiments in other directions. At the moment she is needle-felting raw or found-in-the-fields fleece into figurative heads.
Bob makes traditional-form baskets from willow as well as rush hats, pots and mats.
