Professional studio exhibition of colourful, contemporary and contemplative watercolour, mixed media and acrylic painting. Mostly landscape, mostly abstract. The intersection of external environment with internal experience generates the work’s visual language.
Easy and free weekday parking on Quarry Road (3 minute walk). And on York Avenue after 5pm and weekends.
You can also see my work during North Oxfordshire Artweeks 2019 at Potato Town - a Cotswold barn studio right on the A361 near Swerford/Chipping Norton, OX7 4AP, with off-road parking. I’m showing selected work alongside resident artist Pam Franklin. Open 18-27th May, 11am-6pm daily.
I taught life drawing at Winchester School of Art after my MA Fine Art (2010) there, and now teach imaginative experimental watercolour and drawing in Oxfordshire and Derbyshire. Exhibitions include RWS Contemporary Watercolour Competition 2017-19 at Bankside Gallery, London, with work in many private/public collections.
