Come and learn the art of slow stitching and free up your mind by doodling with needle and thread during this relaxing workshop. No previous experience of stitching is necessary - if you can put a needle into fabric and pull it out in another place then you can join in this workshop and make some 'doodle squares'. All materials will be supplied but do bring along any embroidery silk (floss), needles and scissors if you have them. The numbers are limited to 10 and booking is essential. As my daughter is expecting a baby at the end of April there is a possibility I may not be able to run this workshop in person, however, my friend Rosemary Meara will take over. Rosemary is a brilliant textile artist and teacher who also exhibits with Artists at St Mary's.
