I am excited this year to be exhibiting in the Barn at Braziers alongside one other colourful painter and a ceramicist. My recent series ‘Stools and Chairs’ includes oils, acrylics and reed pen works. This has followed by previous topic of ‘Pots & Kettles’. I love the shapes and history of this subject and have aimed to merge them with colourful backgrounds to bring out their beauty. I will also include various landscapes & still lives including paintings of Braziers, Italian Ligurian coast, & Oxfordshire Spires. I have been more experimental since studying a wider variety of artists over the last year and this has resulted in more texture and movement within my work.
