Back with brand new washy watercolours, prints, cards and maybe some other bits too. My fourth year with Oxfordshire Artweeks after selling almost everything I had in 2023! I’m inspired by the hills of Wales, the majestic Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the weather. My love of the outdoors and the need to connect with the wild motivates my melancholy landscapes; placing a lonely bothy or wriggly tinned roof into imagined landscapes, using whatever tools I find to mark out abstract undulations and the occasional pathway. My paintings incorporate collage, watercolour and stitching, or occasionally are simply multiple layers of watercolour. I exhibit regularly and sell at events across the country and my work for Artweeks is all new.

Shipton on Cherwell is near Kidlington and is accessible by car, bike, foot and boat! Buses run nearby on the Kidlington routes.
Some parking available, free entry, tea and cakes and hopefully, some sunshine. Some wheelchairs can access but the ground is a little rough.
