A collection of new drawings and paintings mainly figurative and landscapes.
Trained in Art and Textiles at Banbury then Manchester, graduating in 1988. A design and marketing professional with a career mainly in the garment and outdoor industry. Watercolour sketching has also been a constant with works done during travels in both the UK and abroad with a long term love affair with life drawing over a period of 40 years.
Works explore use of confident mark making and bold colours while trying to retain an accuracy and structure based on real life observation. Recent works include drawings from sessions at Lewknor Life Drawing and local landscapes from around the ridgeway and Watlington Hill.
