The main theme this year of my Artweeks exhibition is Celestial Bodies. I completed the Inktober daily prompt drawing challenge in October 2026, it the fourth one I have undertaken and I chose that theme to use as inspiration for the 31 random words that you are given as part of the challenge.
I always chose a subject I am interested in, and I produced a set of pen and ink illustrations featuring creatures from myths, scientific diagrams, constellations: imaginary and actual in a variety of interpretations. I produce a small amount of ceramics, on which I am developing a style of illustration that links with my 2D work, as well as small sculptures and anything that takes my fancy.
