Working mainly in silver I am inspired by the natural world around me and use traditional silversmithing techniques such as hammering, milling, forming, turning flat sheet into more organic shapes of leaves, seeds, shells, fossils and sometimes animals. I use recycled (eco silver) and combine it with other metals such a copper, brass or gold, along with semiprecious stones, pebbles and even felt, which is a nod to my past dabblings in felting and textile art.
