My exhibition will be a mixture of silversmithed work, particularly hammered silver work, and colourful semi-precious stone and silver jewellery. I enjoy combining glowing colour with textured silver, sometimes using pendants and beads that I have collected on my travels. I particularly love old silver and beads, wondering what the story is behind them and who once wore them as adornment.
Also exhibiting with me this year are Jane Moser (sculpture), Neil Butterfield (painting) and Jane Wilkinson (ceramics). The venue garden backs on to lovely Port Meadow, and Jane Moser’s sculptures will also be in and around her garden studio.
Please note that we will be closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but open on Bank Holiday Monday.
