Exhibition information

Lucy’s current painting practice centres on loose floral forms, exploring balance, rhythm, and intuitive mark-making. Working across oils, acrylics, and inks, she investigates the interplay between floral motifs, light, and interior space, creating compositions that are both expressive and spatially nuanced.

The exhibition will include florals as well as works inspired by the kitchen garden . Lucy and her partner have  built the ‘Garden Shed Gallery’ by hand. A long time in the making, the project reflects their vision of a traditional barn-style gallery, crafted using local materials and traditional techniques. This exhibition celebrates its inaugural opening

Lucy is a London- and Oxford-based artist, architect, and interior designer. She studied architecture in Edinburgh and London, and was awarded a drawing scholarship to Florence during her studies. She has also designed a jewellery collection for Sir John Soane’s Museum.
