I’ve joined a wonderful group of artists for the second time in The Old School House in North Hinksey. Im very excited to see what everyone’s created this year, and to be within this gorgeous space.
Being a ceramicist of 4 years, I have been exploring the 3D world and bringing my thoughts and feelings to life through the means of clay.
Turning to life’s most therapeutic calling, earths clay, I love to lose myself in a spiritual world full of honesty and reality, whilst shaping these fantasy beings and sculptures to create another world were I can truly feel myself.
This year my calling has turned towards more earthy tones and textures, inspired by the little things in life we don’t pay attention to often enough in our daily lives. Giving this small shapes and objects the space to grow and be appreciated, as I feel it helps me to treat myself the same way.
