What does it cost?

Registration for Artweeks 2012 is now closed. It is no longer possible to purchase entries and publicity materials through the website. To be placed on a contact list, to be sent details of how to enter Artweeks 2013, please contact the Artweeks office.

Oxfordshire Artweeks annual membership

Individuals and participants in small group and large groups: £17.50 per person
Non-selling groups (Schools / Charities / Community Groups / Guilds / Societies) a single membership payment of £17.50.
Businesses: a single membership payment of £17.50.
Non participating members who may not wish to take part in the event every year, but would like to remain on the mailing list: £17.50

Oxfordshire Artweeks exhibition entry fees for 2011 are:

  • Individual exhibition entry £102.50

  • Small group exhibition entry (2-4 Artists) £72.50 per artist

  • Large group exhibition (selling) £275

  • Non-selling exhibition entry (schools/charities/art groups/colleges) £40

  • Business/gallery entry £300

Bursaries

A limited number of bursaries will be available at the discretion of the Board. The Artweeks bursary scheme is to fund a free exhibition entry to enable young artists to participate in Artweeks. Bursary applications are accepted from artists aged up to age 25, should include an explanation of the artist’s financial situation and should be submitted by the end of November.
