An interactive, hands-on exploration of shapes, colour and design to create beautiful botanical silhouettes.

In this fun 2-hour workshop using acrylic and mixed media, I will guide you through a process of creating stunning yet simple backgrounds and striking botanical abstract forms. Combining these two techniques, you will create some beautiful mini paintings to take away. Be amazed at what you create and have a lot of fun in the process!

From creating a vibrant background which is simple yet has excitement and depth, to adding the botanical silhouettes, there is lots of opportunity to experiment using a range of professional (and sometimes surprising!) tools and materials, all of which are all provided. Throughout the workshop I will provide both individual and group tuition, guiding you through every stage of the process to create small cohesive artworks, which you can take home and be proud of.
