Learn the skills involved in carving limestone in a day's workshop. All materials, tools and tuition are included (as are drinks and biccies throughout!)

You make and take home a piece of your own for home or garden. Each class is for four adults, held in the stunning parkland surroundings of Cokethorpe School near Witney. You can get together with friends and family and make a four, or come alone and meet other like-minded people.

Classes run from 9-30 - 5 and cost £110. You keep whatever you make, and in that time I guarantee that you will be able to produce a finished piece to your own design (or mine, if you need inspiration). You don't need to think of yourself as 'artistic' to produce something really worthwhile. Almost all the people who come are complete beginners, and many have not thought of themselves as in any way artistic. You can do this, you really can! The day is physically tiring but my oldest guests have been in their 90s and had a great day.

I also offer Sculpture-in-a-Day on tour: I come to you. You host a sculpture day in your garden. I bring everything, you just provide food and up to six participants. £125 per person, with a possible surcharge for fuel if you're a long way from West Oxfordshire.
