Learn this simple and extremely effective technique using a single colour. A prepared surface is covered with dark single colour of oil paint and lighter tones are removed with rags and other mark making utensils to create the image.
No previous experience of using oil paint is necessary but a basic understanding of drawing would be
helpful. We will either be working from still life or photographs in the studio. Wear old clothes and
an art shirt as oil paint can be messy!
