Philippa and Sue have previously exhibited their hand crafted ceramics and jewellery at the Blandford Avenue marquee. This year after a house move we would like to welcome visitors to our new venue in Eynsham.
Philippa specialises in slipcast porcelain making both functional vessels and decorative animals with a nod to Staffordshire figurines. Everything is individually finished useing a mix of stained slip, oxides and carving to create the finished item.
Sue works almost exclusively with sterling silver creating jewellery and spoons. She enjoys using different techniques, particularly forging, texturing and reticulation and also incorpoarates semi precious stones into her pieces. She is a member of JASSO.
