Jon Mackay graduated with a degree in fine art in the 1990’s, since then he has produced illustrations and design for a wide number of recording artists and events from Wilderness Festival to The Stereophonics and The Lumineers.

Since 2011, Jon turned to screen printing as a medium, enjoying its graphic quality. The images he creates skirt the edges of story telling with the hope of allowing the viewer to connect their own narrative and memories within each piece. Often influenced by poetry and lyrics as well as a love of landscape and the outdoors, Jon hand silkscreen prints each of his editions at his studio in Charlbury.
