This exhibition presents a collection of functional wooden objects and furniture, all handcrafted from sustainable and reclaimed hardwoods including oak, ash, sapele, and mahogany.

The work ranges from smaller hand crafted pieces such as spoons, butter knives, chopping boards, serving platters, and power carved bowls, through to larger furniture pieces including coffee tables, benches and stools. Each piece is carefully shaped, refined, and finished, with a strong emphasis on balance, proportion, and the natural beauty of the timber.

Surfaces are meticulously sanded and polished to create smooth, tactile finishes that invite handling and everyday use. Rather than highlighting tool marks, the focus is on clarity of form, clean lines, and a quiet, understated finish that allows the grain and character of the wood to speak for itself.

By working exclusively with reclaimed and responsibly sourced timber, the work reflects a commitment to thoughtful making, sustainability, and longevity. These are objects designed to be used and lived with, gaining subtle character over time through everyday use.

Where possible, the maker will be present, offering insight into materials, finishes, and the making process.
