Originally expecting to exhibit in Headington, Deborah is now showing in Summertown as part of a group show, The Spice of Life.

I am a ceramic sculptor and primarily focus on creating human figures or wildlife. I enjoy the challenge of analysing the shapes and spaces that combine to give my chosen subject it’s unique qualities and then thinking about how to go about creating that from a lump of clay. It is never my intention to create a precise facsimile of my subject but rather to capture the essence of its character. I am always open to ideas and suggestions for potential new subjects and look forward to sharing my work with you.
