ALL THAT GLITTERS Caroline Parkes explores living, loving & loss, through colour, magic & sparkle. Caroline paints in acrylic and impasto oils, with some metallic additions. This is her second year participating in Oxfordshire Artweeks, and she is looking forward to putting her hometown Woodstock firmly on the art map once again. She is the founder of Artists in Woodstock, a group of creatives who will be exhibiting throughout their picture perfect town.
