Asha Pearse is a West Oxfordshire based mixed media artist. Her work is largely informed by meditation and spirituality. Her pieces have a strong tactile element which are emotive to engage with both physically and emotionally. Her work aims to bring the conversation of our universal connection to the forefront of our attention. With her work, she explores the process of meditation practices and hopes to help people feel connected within in a chaotic world.
Asha has a background in both Graphic Design and Textiles. Her work uses mediums such as Encaustic Wax, Fire, Ink, Oil paint, Acrylic paint, Stitch and Collaged printed papers.
