Exhibition information

Wendy will be exhibiting a mixture of her beautiful African wildlife artwork alongside a wide selection of florals, land and waterscapes, still life and both people and animal portraits.  She will primarily be displaying her watercolour work, but will debut a few pieces in acrylic.  She is always happy to accept commissions of any subject.

Artist information

Wendy is delighted to have been accepted as a Member of the Buckinghamshire Arts Society. She is a fine artist working in watercolour, now expanding into acrylics and oils, with a focus on African wildlife, although she paints portraits, land and sea scapes and other diverse subjects. Her style is loose yet realistic, balancing observation with expressive freedom. Increasingly drawn to abstraction, her work explores light, movement, and atmosphere while retaining a strong connection to the natural and human world.  This year she has withdrawn from teaching art to allow time for numerous commissions.
