With a background in graphic design and advertising, blending visual storytelling with creative exploration runs in my blood.
But for 15 years, I’ve been running Pinny & Paws, a dog-walking business that brings me endless joy. It’s more than just a job—it’s a way to stay connected to my community and the outdoors, spend time with incredible people and the most wonderful of dogs, and bring a little extra happiness into their lives (and mine).
To connect my creative soul with my day to day I’ve become more connected than ever to my surroundings and photography has become one way to bring both of those worlds into one.
I love capturing the world’s smallest details, finding beauty in everyday moments. Lately, I’ve been especially drawn to cyanotype printing—the deep blue tones, the unpredictability, the hands-on process of creating something completely unique. I’m always experimenting, seeing where creativity takes me.
Outside of that, I’m endlessly grateful for my wife and our Brussels Griffon, Gizmo. They are my heart, my inspiration, and the best reminder to slow down and appreciate life’s simple, beautiful moments.

Whispers of Blue
Tree Silhouettes & Oxford’s Historic Architecture in Cyanotype
Whispers of Blue offers a captivating exploration of the delicate balance between nature and history, bringing together the natural beauty of trees and the architectural grandeur of Oxford’s historic buildings, all captured in the timeless, ethereal blue of cyanotype. This exhibition explores the silhouettes of ancient trees alongside the distinguished architecture of Oxford, creating a visual dialogue between the natural world and the city’s storied past.
Using the historic cyanotype process, the works on display show the fine details of Oxford’s iconic buildings—the spires, arches, and timeless stone facades—alongside the intricate branches and leaves of local trees. The deep blue hues of the cyanotype print lend an air of nostalgia and reverence, inviting viewers to reflect on the interplay between the organic and the man-made over centuries.
The process itself—using sunlight to imprint the forms of trees and buildings onto light-sensitive materials—creates a powerful metaphor for the passage of time. Just as the ancient trees continue to grow and change while the buildings of Oxford stand as symbols of permanence, the cyanotype process immortalizes both the natural and architectural landscapes in shades of blue, linking them through time.
Whispers of Blue invites viewers to witness Oxford in a new light: where the quiet majesty of trees is paired with the enduring legacy of historic structures. The exhibition is a meditation on growth, preservation, and the intertwined histories of nature and civilization. It challenges us to consider the role of the natural world in shaping the urban environment, and the way both elements endure across generations.
As you journey through this collection, you’ll encounter not only the storied buildings of Oxford but also the living, breathing landscape that surrounds them. In this ethereal blue world, trees and architecture whisper their shared history, offering a fresh perspective on the city’s rich past and its continued relationship with the natural world.
