Artist information

I started painting in 2021 when I joined Niki Thomas’ landscape Art Class at Middle Aston House. My abstract art has been inspired by attending Niki Thomas’ Art Classes on a Wednesday at Middle Aston House.  She makes us think ‘outside the box’.     I have taken part in several STRADA Easel Challenges doing a live painting a day for the whole month of January and September – two years running. I have exhibited at three Oxfordshire Artweeks’ Festivals and Christmas Fairs.

Exhibition information

My Autumnal collection is made up of village scenes from around Steeple Aston and also from far flung places such as New Zealand and Norway.

I have used a palette knife for texture and other household implements instead of brushes!  You can see my art exhibited and for sale at two Christmas Fairs – at Nicholson’s Rosara Christmas Fair in North Aston on 22nd November  and at Dr Radcliffe’s Primary School in Steeple Aston on 29th November.
