ust a few words! David enjoys painting landscapes. He is fascinated  by trees, honey coloured older buildings and rural landscapes. It is that moment of light in the foreground or in the distance which he finds is most captivating! So transformative in making a statement in his use of colour. He lives in Oxford, he exhibits in exhibitions locally and in Hertfordshire, using mostly oils and watercolours to create immersive paintings. Hope you will have the opportunity to view his work?

Artist information

David is an experienced artist. His background comes from working in advertising, marketing and retail services. He is now spending an increasing amount of his time following his artistic passion for painting which he most enjoys. The quality of his work is developing along with his art ambitions. Last year his painting was selected for the Long List of the Jackson Art Prize.
