Exhibition information

My practice is rooted in a love of the wild, its influence on us and its capacity for healing and renewal. I am drawn to hand made photographs and have been using Gum bichromate and Cyanotype processes for more than 20 years. My handmade garden images are a deep dive into the world of cyanotype toning. For these pictures I used my own garden as an extension of my studio – the sun to expose the prints, rain water to wash them and garden flowers and foliage to further tone the prints.
