Exhibition information

make paintings which express my vision of the world. I use a mixed media multi-layered approach, describing a world which is always in motion. I make landscapes on large canvases as well as small paintings and collages of plants. My drawings are an important part of my process, a sketchbook being a constant accompaniment. You can find my paintings at Burford Garden Gallery all year, as well as other local galleries. Oxfordshire artweeks’ Mary Moser award for second career excellence was awarded to me 10 years ago, and I have not looked back since!

Artist information

I trained to teach art and built a successful career teaching in a local secondary school. Constantly hungry to make my own work, as soon as the opportunity arose, I gave up my full-time job and launched my own career.  Oxfordshire Artweeks has played an important part in the development of my career.   I am a professional painter supplying my work to galleries and exhibitions nationally.
