Festival guide 2013

More than thirty artists from Jericho are mounting an exhibition Home is Where the Art Is to give a preview of the delights that lie ahead as the county explodes with art during Oxfordshire Artweeks (4th-27th May) the county’s open studios event, during which around 1000 artists show paintings, ceramics, sculptures, art created with glass, textiles and wood, mosaics and more at nearly 500 venues.

From 2nd April, you can enjoy the fruits of local creative talent that’ll be hanging on the walls of The Jam Factory, Oxford and collect your Artweeks festival guide, which for 2013 boasts a cover image by local artist Flora McLachlan, an etching of a fox exploring Oxfordshire woodlands. Flora is a regular Artweeks exhibitor and will be showing her work at Art Jericho throughout May (Artweeks venues 297).

The festival guide will also be available in local libraries, Hamptons International estate agents and other local information points. It is also available to download at www.artweeks.org where all forthcoming Artweeks exhibitions can be browsed by artist or location.
Home is Where the Art is sponsored by Hamptons International.
